9/27/2023 0 Comments Effile tower tickets![]() The Eiffel Tower is the most visited tourist attraction in the country, so it is very common to see long queues that can last more than an hour.Įven if you're spending an extended stay of 7 days in Paris or 15 days in Paris, with other options available, it's a shame to waste your valuable time in the city waiting in line when you could be enjoying other activities such as a cruise on the Seine, exploring the best museums in Paris or taking a sightseeing tour of the French capital. In my opinion, it is not the best option to wait until you land in Paris to buy tickets at the ticket office. ![]() Is it worth buying tickets at the Eiffel Tower ticket office? If when you go sightseeing you like the freedom of being able to set your own pace without being conditioned by the rest of the visitors in the group. If you are travelling to Paris on a tight budget but don't want to miss the chance to see the city at your feet.If you know all about the history of the Eiffel Tower because you've soaked up the subject by watching documentaries or reading books before travelling and don't need a guide to tell you all about it again from the beginning. If you've been to Paris before and just want to enjoy the views of the city for a few photos. Why take the Eiffel Tower tour on your own? This is the best option if you want to see the inside of the monument from top to bottom. If you want to save a bit of money by seeing this attraction on your own, my advice is to go for an intermediate option which is the ticket that allows you to climb the stairs to the first floor observation deck and from there take the lift to the top. The ticket that covers the section to the top of the Eiffel Tower by lift is the most expensive and can be purchased from €26. To see the monument on your own, you can get an adult ticket at the ticket office from €10 to go up the stairs (the cheapest option) and from €17 if you want to take the lift. To organise your budget to climb the Eiffel Tower you should bear in mind that the price of tickets will depend on three main factors: firstly, whether or not you want to take a guided tour, secondly, which levels you want to see and thirdly, whether you choose to take the lift or walk up the stairs.
